Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making an online booking for a Manana yacht cruise. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the departure time will be eligible for a rebooking option.
Weather Conditions
- In the event that the manana yacht cruise cannot be safely conducted due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will have the option to rebook for a later date.
- The final decision will be taken by the captain.
Punctuality
- Passengers must arrive at the departure location to onboard at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- The yacht will depart on time, and if a passenger arrives late, the cruise will leave without them. No refunds or rebooking options will be provided for late arrivals.
Compliance with Boat Rules
- Passengers must adhere to all safety guidelines and rules set forth by the yacht crew.
- In the event that a passenger endangers the safety of themselves, other passengers, or the crew, the yacht operator reserves the right to disembark the passenger at the nearest port or location without any liability or refund.
Manana Boat Rules
Welcome aboard! To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment during the boat trip, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following rules:
- Life Jackets: Life jackets are provided, and they must be properly secured in case of emergency.
- Follow Crew Instructions: Listen to and always follow the instructions of the boat's captain and crew members. They are experienced professionals focused on your safety and the success of the trip.
- Alcohol Consumption: please drink responsibly. Excessive drinking can lead to unsafe behavior and will not be tolerated.
- Keep Hands and Feet Inside: Never put your hands, feet, or any objects over the boat's railing while it is in motion.
- No Diving: Do not dive from the boat or swim unless the crew explicitly gives permission and indicates a safe area to do so.
- Smoking Policy: Follow the boat's designated smoking areas, and never throw cigarette butts or any other trash overboard.
- Respect the Wildlife: Avoid disturbing marine life and refrain from feeding them. Appreciate the beauty of nature from a distance.
- Know Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency equipment and exits on the boat. In case of an emergency, stay calm and follow the crew's instructions.
- Motion Sickness: If you are prone to motion sickness, take necessary precautions or medication before the trip to avoid discomfort.
- Footwear: Wear appropriate, non-slip footwear to prevent accidents while on the boat.
- Protect Yourself from the Sun: Use sunscreen, wear a hat, and stay hydrated to protect yourself from the sun's rays.

Age Restrictions
- Passengers must meet the minimum age requirement of 12 years, as specified by local regulations, to participate in the yacht cruise.
- Any passenger below the age of 12 years is strictly prohibited from boarding the yacht.
- By booking and participating in the yacht cruise, passengers agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The cruise operator reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger who does not meet the minimum age requirement or fails to provide valid age verification upon request.
Right to Remission
- In cases where a passenger's intoxication poses a threat to their own safety or the safety of other guests, the yacht operator reserves the right to take necessary actions, including disembarkation.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.
Health Conditions
- Passengers with pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the yacht cruise safely are advised to consult with the captain on arrival.
Photography and Media
- By participating in the yacht cruise, passengers grant the yacht operator the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the cruise for promotional purposes.
Use of Drones
- The use of drones during the yacht cruise is strictly prohibited, unless explicitly authorized by the yacht operator in writing.
- Drones can pose a safety risk to passengers and crew, and their use may interfere with the operation of the yacht and other vessels in the vicinity.
- Passengers found using drones without proper authorization may be subject to immediate removal from the yacht without any liability or refund.
- If a passenger wishes to capture aerial footage using a drone, they must obtain prior approval from the yacht operator and comply with all applicable regulations and guidelines governing drone usage in the area of the cruise.
Changes and Cancellations by Operator
- The yacht operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the cruise due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. In such cases, passengers will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
Additional Charges
- Any additional services or activities not included in the original booking may incur extra charges.
